A few weeks ago my mom asked me and Kirsten to shoot some portraits of the kids that were still living at home. They were really fun to take pictures of, and their personalities really came out in the images. It a really heavy overcast day. We actually didn't think we were going to be able to have the shoot because it was raining all day. Once the rain stopped we were able to get them done without much rain on us at all. The sky stayed dark and grey so we were able to get some really good color. That situation, and also sunset are my favorite times to shoot. Here are some of my favorites from mine and Kirsten's cameras:
I have been planning on not making another post until I had Denver Part II already up. But, that will take me too long to narrow down a few favorites, and then work on them. So, here is a post about the past two photo shoots we have had for our Etsy shop where we sell vintage clothes. Kirsten modeled the first day, and last night our friend Rebecca did. Both did really well and here are some of my favorite shots that we got:
The last few weeks we have been in Colorado visiting friends and family. A lot of Kirsten's family lives there and so do a few of our friends. One weekend our friends Bill and Garrett came down and we had a skate reunion throwdown with them and Blake and Me. These shots were taken on some Kodak PMZ 1000 that has been expired for about 20 years so I wasn't too sure how it would turn out. (I have a lot more on some B&W that I will put up once I get them printed.) Most of it looked pretty horrible actually, but there were some that ended up looking alright and really vintage-like I guess. Here are a few of my favorites from the roll.
